Ten Mukhi Rudraksha symbolizes the Gods of all the 10 directions and the wearer gets blessed by these Gods. However the Rudraksha Jabalo Upanishad mentions that this bead is blessed by Yamraaj (the God of death) and the gaurdians of the 10 directions (10 Dikpals).
