Gemtre is a brand owned and managed by Sun Sea Gems under the laws of New Delhi, India. Our head office is based in Karol Bagh, New Delhi and abide by laws and taxes of New Delhi, India. We offer products and services related to gemstones, crystals and holistic wellness.

Gemtre does not publish and will be responsible for any kind of effect of crystals gemstones for other Holistic Wellness products on the clients well being, It is totally your discretion to use it after getting proper knowledge and effects of the same.
All the final decisions in case of any confusion or dispute will be Gemtre's.
All Images of products on the website might not be of same product to be delivered unless specified, they are for reference to similar product quality and quantity. Your screen resolution may show different shades of product colours and vary from device to device which is beyond our control. Products sold will be identical and no such claims will be entertained. Please read the information section carefully.

Communications can be regarding your orders, your personal information or other promotional offers and activities. Returns & Exchange
We provide hassle-free exchange policy for precious gems at our showroom. Customer needs to show gemstone with its proper certificate. After verification of the gemstone and rechecking that there has not been any damage or brokerage, you can exchange the gemstone with any other gemstone after deduction of 15% it off purchase price within one month of purchase. However, exchange is only possible on loose precious navrattan gems category only which have not been studied in any kind of jewellery. Please note there is no return and exchange on any other product than those in navrattan gemstone category.
Most of our gemstones are certified from authentic laboratories or government-approved laboratories, still, if you feel that you want to check the authenticity of the stone you can get it tested from any government laboratory.
All crystal products sold may accompany authentication certificate from Gemtre but are not certified from other laboratories.
Please note the price at adjusted will be net after deduction of applicable taxes other bank charges, shipping, insurance and handling charges. It will be done on Gemtre's discretion and it will be final.
Judicial Laws
All terms and conditions shall be governed by and in accordance with the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Delhi.
